Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Business Process analysis, strong business acumen
Understands Technical systems and high level architecture design.
Expert extraction and documentation of software requirements using UML and Use Cases
Strong facilitation leadership and communication skills
OO Modeling and Design
IT Solution Development Life-cycle Working knowledge on SQL and Excel
Plus to have skills:
Project Management experience
Understanding of any one of the core banking functions.
Past development experience
Experience in working with offshore teams
Experience in working with RUP/UML
QUALIFICATIONS:
6- 10 years in the IT field
2-4 years in a similar role
Experience in Financial services
Excellent team player
Articulate communicator
Detailed and deadline oriented
Location – NY/NJ area
