Required Technical Skills
-Strong understanding of Patterns
-Strong technology background
-Knowledge of JAVA and J2EE architecture
-Extensive knowledge of
-J2EE-based application servers such as IBM Websphere and BEA Weblogic
-Standard relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL and Db2
Behavioral Skills
-Experience in the life cycle stages of the projects like Requirements Analysis, Design, Build and Deployment
-Assertive self-starter
-Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines
-Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
-Ability to articulate complex functional and technical concepts to business audiences
-Strong written & verbal communication skills, analytical skills are required in order to effectively work with the clients throughout the process.Experience:Minimum 5 years
